The company reached out to me to offer to send a replacement without requiring a deposit. I am glad they are offering a resolution that doesn't further inconvenience the customer, I am hoping it goes smoothly.

Preferred solution: Simple. You are a company that cares about money, and that is typical. You dont care about reviews like this one and will deny the facts, thats also normal. There is no hope for your company at this point in time, no solution.
Resolved: Void my order because of their own error and won't honor their own pricing (TERRIBLE customer service)
After nagging them for a bit longer, I FINALLY got them to give me the headset at the original price, but they made me pay $10 for shipping which was not in the original purchase as well as taking 2 WEEKS to get it out of their warehouse and transferred to UPS. That's just ridiculous, even if they did give it to me for the price I originally bought it at
